RESNET Adopts Combustion Safety Testing

Remarkably, RESNET has adopted the Building Performance Institute's (BPI) combustion safety protocols. Normally, these two organizations compete for the claim to providing a national energy auditor credential and standards so it is good to see them adopting common standards.

ULE 880 Corporate Sustainability Standard Comments Open

On August 2nd, Underwriter Laboratories in partnership with Greener World Media lauched a corporate sustainability standard called ULE 880. Underwriter Laboratories is best known for its independent standards that you see on most electronic devices, however, they also have an environmental standards devision.
