Kenneth Hubbard, Executive Vice President, Hines

Ken Hubbard is an Executive Vice President at Hines. Since joining the firm in 1974, Mr. Hubbard has been involved in all phases of development, management and acquisition activities. In January 2009 he transitioned from his EVP/CEO position to become an entrepreneurial partner with Hines, and he is working on various initiatives for the East Coast and the firm.

He is President and Vice Chairman of Greenprint Foundation, a start-up non-profit created in August 2009 to serve financial institutions and large portfolio holders with the goal to reduce their carbon footprint and increase values. He is Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, where he co-chairs the Climate, Land Use, and Energy Committee. He is also on the National Real Estate Council of the Trust for Public Land and the Global Agenda Council on the Future of Real Estate for the World Economic Forum. In addition, he has been a Trustee of the Greenwich Country Day School and the Loomis Chaffee School. He received his B.A. from Duke University in 1965 and his J.D. from Georgetown Law School in 1968.
