Dear Sir,
If I take the LEED AP Exam Prep course online anytime, will It include all materials including the BD&C Handbook in softcopy format? Also, will it include the 400 practice questions and the Everblue exam simulator mentioned in the BD&C Practice exam ?
Or in addition to the LEED AP Exam Prep course online anytime, I need to purchase the handbook and the BD&C Practice exam separately?
One more thing, the website mentioned that "study sheets and flashcards cards can only be shipped within the continental US", as I stay in Macau, China, So I cannot get those resources even I purchase it, right?
I am looking forward for your reply and I will register those course once I solve those problems.

However, since you are outside of the United States, additional shipping fees would need to apply for the study book. Joe, thank you and yes, the format of our AP study questions is similar to the Green Associate but the questions are unique. With your purchase they are available to you with unlimited access for 90 days.

I previously purchased the LEED GA study sheets and practice exams. Are the LEED AP BD+C study sheets different than the LEED GA? I just want to make sure I do not purchase the same thing multiple times.
