Solar PV Installer
This advanced 40-hour Solar PV Installer course includes hands-on Solar PV installation as well as system maintenance and troubleshooting. Everblue's Solar PV Installer class covers advanced electrical and mechanical integration of Solar PV modules, racks and components. Solar Contractor Series
This intensive series will give you all of the solar training and hands-on know how to complete solar installations, start to finish. Solar Heating Associate
Everblue's 40-hour Solar Heating Associate training course examines the fundamentals of solar thermal technology with a primary focus on heating domestic water. Students will learn how to conduct a site evaluation, identify individual solar thermal system components, properly install and maintain a system, as well as how to model system performance. There is financial aid available for our courses at Everblue Training Institute through the Workforce Engagement Act (WIA). This federal program is available to any qualifying unemployed individual and does not require you to pay back these funds once you find employment. Everblue does not assist in job placement, but should you get financial assistance from your local workforce development office, part of their process includes assistance in job placement. If you would like more information on worforce assistance, please call us at 800 460 2575. The process varies depending on where you reside.

Hello, I am an electrical contractor in my area, and am very interested in learning about becoming a solar installer to supliment income for our business during these hard economic times. My objective would be to learn it myself so that I may teach an employee to become proficient and train others. Would you recommend your course's to a contractor like myself? Also could you please give me a cost for the entire course, as well as how long it takes to complete the course? Thank you very much

Your skill set and your county’s solar installation requirements will help you determine what certifications you will need for solar installation. Everblue offers the NABCEP Solar PV Entry Level training and NABCEP Solar PV Installation training . Many contractors are comfortable installing solar panels from our entry level course, but may still be required to take the PV installation course and exam to be allowed to install in their area. If that is the case, we now offer a combination of both these course, the Solar PV Contract Series . How your employees get educated is up to you, but should you wish that they are certified as well as thoroghly trained, Everblue offers corporate group rates and may be able to conduct private, discounted training for just your employees.
